The LEGO Milky Way Galaxy set 31212 is part of the LEGO Art series, which includes other notable sets like Vincent Van Gogh's The Starry Night and Hokusai's The Great Wave. This is one of the bigger sets, measuring 15.5" tall and 25.5" wide and consisting of 3,091 brick pieces. What's unique about this representation of our Milky Way galaxy is that the set uses a generous amoutn of greebles, which are random LEGO pieces you wouldn't expect in a typical space-themed build. Some greebles used include brush combs, cherries, flowers, hearts, whisks, bicycle helmets, purple carrots, and some really unique pieces like something that I would best describe as transparent blue french fries. The Milky Way build also makes use of an intensely colorful palette of bricks, something that's sorely missing in recent LEGO builds, and the layering makes the finished art piece look like a mesmerizing 3D display.
